• Purchase Information: If you subscribe to Premium, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive a receipt confirming your subscription status but not your payment details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect:

• Usage Data: App usage statistics, session patterns, and feature usage to improve the app.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for crash reporting.
• Analytics: Anonymized, aggregated analytics to understand how users interact with our app.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or have access to your calendar events (unless you explicitly sync deadlines)
• We do not collect your location data
• We do not collect your contacts or personal files
• We do not track you across other apps or websites

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the FocusLab service
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud (if enabled)
• Send you notifications you've requested (session alerts, reminders)
• Process your Premium subscription
• Improve and optimize the app experience

3. Data Storage & Security

3.1 Local Storage

Your focus data (projects, sessions, journal entries) is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure data storage frameworks. This data remains on your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

3.2 iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync (Premium feature), your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, secured by Apple's encryption. We do not have direct access to your iCloud data.

3.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure coding practices
• Regular security reviews

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: We use Apple's services (iCloud, App Store) which have their own privacy policies.

5. Your Rights & Choices

5.1 Access & Export

You can export all your FocusLab data at any time through the app's Settings > Export Data feature.

5.2 Deletion

You can delete all your data through Settings > Delete All Data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

5.3 Notifications

You can control notifications through your device's Settings app or within FocusLab's notification settings.

5.4 iCloud Sync

You can enable or disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.

6. Children's Privacy

FocusLab is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

7. International Data Transfers

If you use FocusLab outside of your country of residence, your data may be processed in other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

8. Third-Party Services

FocusLab may integrate with third-party services:

• Apple Services: iCloud, App Store, Siri, Calendar (if you choose to sync)
• Analytics: We may use privacy-focused analytics to improve the app
