Welcome to Focus Timer Pro. By downloading, installing, or using the Focus Timer Pro application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using Focus Timer Pro, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Focus Timer Pro is a productivity application that provides:
Some features may require you to sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Focus Timer Pro requires an active subscription to use. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial, after which a subscription is required to continue using the app.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Focus Timer Pro. The free trial provides full access to all features. To start the free trial, you must have a valid payment method associated with your Apple ID. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Focus Timer Pro offers the following subscription options:
All subscriptions include full access to all features: unlimited projects, full analytics history, PDF export, iCloud sync, deadline tracking, session journal, ambient sounds, custom app icons, and priority support.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You retain ownership of all data you create within the App (project names, session notes, journal entries, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the service.
You agree not to use Focus Timer Pro to store or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Focus Timer Pro, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about Focus Timer Pro, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation to you.

Focus Timer Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any data loss.
While Focus Timer Pro is designed to help improve productivity, we make no guarantees about specific results. Individual results may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focus Timer Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Focus Timer Pro at any time by deleting the App from your devices and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Focus Timer Pro at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Focus Timer Pro regarding your use of the App.
